You will receive all order and shipping notifications to the e-mail address provided in the order. Additionally, on the day of delivery, you will receive an e-mail from the company delivering the package and an SMS from the DPD courier.

The lead time needed to prepare the products for shipment is 1-3 business days. It does not take into account the time provided for delivery by the courier (1-2 days)

Upon receipt, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment. In the event of damage to it, he is obliged to report this fact to the supplier and immediately contact the Seller.

If, after changing the status of the order to “Completed”, the shipment did not arrive within the prescribed period, please contact us by email or phone

Courier shipment when paying to a bank account: PLN 12
Courier, cash on delivery: PLN 15
InPost parcel lockers shipment with a bank account payment: PLN 12
Free courier shipping for orders over PLN 200
6.
Orders over PLN 300 are carried out only after advance payment to the account.

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia – PLN 50 up to 3 kg
Finland, France, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Italy – PLN 80 up to 3 kg
Greece, Spain, Portugal – PLN 100 up to 3 kg
