If the purchase turned out to be wrong or you simply changed your mind about the purchase, you can legally return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase
The goods intact (and with original tags) along with the completed withdrawal form and the receipt should be sent to the following address:

Attention ! We do not accept the return of parcels sent to us by cash on delivery or directed to collection points (such as parcel lockers) and without a purchase receipt attached.
Please be advised that when returning the product, you will have to cover the cost of returning the products concerned.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the money will be returned to you to the previously provided account number. On the day of return you will receive an e-mail confirming the return.
